也是英语字母中的一个，它在英语中的发音用音标表示的话，是【b】.所以，音标表示的是很具体的发音，自然是有统一标准的，你可能是把字母和音标搞混了。
26个字母所对应的国际音标
26个拉丁字母在不同语言中字母的读音不同，在拼写中代表的音素也不同
在同一种语言中字母所对音的音素也不一样，所谓某国的字母只是一套拼音方案，并不是一个字母对应一个音素，不过大体上还是有固定的发音的
英语中由于历史的原因，读音和书写发生了很大的区别，所以一言半语是讲不清楚的。一般初中课本后面似乎都有介绍，在什么时候什么时候发什么音，并没有一个简单的一一对应的表

西班牙语中 a e i o u p t f s r l m n 分别对应的就是相同形式的国际音标的发音
一般来说b在词首发/b/，在词中则发音为/β/，一个类似/w/的音
d在词首发音为/d/，在词中则发音为/δ/，在字尾为/θ/
z发音为/θ/
c有时为/k/，有时为/θ/
在拉丁语中，由于拉丁字母本来就是为拉丁语创造的，所以在古典拉丁文中比较符合一字一音的规则，
b p t d f s r l m n h在拉丁文中分别对应的就是相同形式的国际音标的发音
字母c在古典拉丁文中只代表/k/的发音，
现代拉丁语中还要在字母e i前发/t∫/

英语国际音标有哪些?
英语共有48个音标，其中辅音音标28个，元音音标20个。记得我们小学认字的时候就是从拼音开始，英语中的音标就充当了汉字中的拼音角色，辅音相当于声母，元音相当于韵母。
先来看元音音标，里面包括12个单元音和8个双元音。
单元音：
