Good living habits are important to our lives, which ensure us a healthy body and a good mood. Having a good rest is the basic, so that we can have enough energy in the whole day. Otherwise, we can do nothing if we were sleepy. Therefore, remember to sleep and get up early. Besides, eating healthily also plays an important role.
